(Probably 50 lbs total with bike, water and food.) I just don't use much stuff when out for just a week. ...And that was for 3 seasons! (Cool nights.) I spose if I stayed out for months like you that I'd haul a fair bit more. A 60-lb total rig used to be my multimonth weight. 80 lbs was most ever -- and I mailed stuff home a few days later. Someday maybe I'll get old enough to be as tough -- and old! -- as you! :)JeffOYBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10087632143369804638noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2711781369107924586.post-42805871006806568072011-09-29T12:15:23.495-07:002011-09-29T12:15:23.495-07:00Bravo, George! I, too, was inspired early on by Ian and by the Siple/Borden tale in Natl Geo. Rockin'! It's great to close these circles. :)JeffOYBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10087632143369804638noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2711781369107924586.post-49755094941240975522011-09-27T10:53:48.010-07:002011-09-27T10:53:48.010-07:00Joan: Thanks for the offer, but not necessary.Joan: Thanks for the offer, but not necessary.george christensenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05205532562020160107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2711781369107924586.post-17378737001838142142011-09-27T07:12:48.793-07:002011-09-27T07:12:48.793-07:00how interested are you in buying hibell's book...how interested are you in buying hibell's book? i can get it today for $82?? joanjoan136https://www.blogger.com/profile/04320018159501963159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2711781369107924586.post-75496049297326588912011-09-26T15:28:41.206-07:002011-09-26T15:28:41.206-07:00George,
